- Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly forbidden and may result in account suspension.
- The email and mobile number provided during registration must be active.
- Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
- Never share your login details with any third party.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, immediately notify the 994 support team.
- Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
By using the 994 platform, you agree to comply with the following:
- Any fraudulent activity, use of bots, or manipulation on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized attempts to access other users’ account information are prohibited.
- Posting abusive, threatening, or illegal content on the platform is prohibited.
- Abusing technical errors or deliberately trying to manipulate game outcomes is strictly forbidden.
- 994 services are for personal entertainment only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
- The platform must not be used for any illegal purposes.
994 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts and confiscate any pending balances in case of rule violations.
Payment & Transaction Rules
All financial transactions on 994 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Approved payment methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals. Attempting transactions through unauthorized methods may result in account closure.

- Account verification must be completed before withdrawals.
- Withdrawals are not allowed unless wagering requirements attached to bonuses are fully met.
- If suspicious transactions are detected, 994 may suspend withdrawals until the investigation is complete.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities is forbidden.

994 provides its services "as is." 994 is not liable for service interruptions caused by technical errors, server failures, or other unavoidable reasons. Users voluntarily engage in gaming activities and bear full financial risk.
994 is not responsible for the content or activities of any third-party websites or services. 994 is also not liable for any losses in games caused by internet disconnections or device issues.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 994 platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, and design — is protected under 994's intellectual property rights. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Account Policy, Third Parties & Applicable Laws
994 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following cases:
- Terms Violation
- Fraudulent Activity
- Providing False Information
- If Underage Status is Confirmed
- Long-term Inactivity
Users may request account closure at any time. Valid balances can be withdrawn after the closure request.
The 994 platform may include services from third-party game providers, which are subject to their own terms. 994 is not responsible for the content or reliability of external links.
